I was so freaking tired man ... Out of breath.. Forced to RUN 400m sprint with WAI YEEN, then another 400m sprint with Kai feng... zadao..... then during the bird catch bird game, need to use stamina, need to use strength, need to use shouting, need to use ganas.. walao.. really freakin tired.. i do not have that much stamina... damn! need training!
I left early on that day, got wedding that night. Haih sorry aunties and uncles
